Hi,

Haven't played a lot in legion and I'm kind of confused with artifact power.Because my 110 character has knowledge power 55, new lvl110 characters tokens give me anywhere between 1 and 3,5 billion artifact power.
What am I supposed to do with all that power? One token can almost completely upgrade one weapon, surely the 3,5 billion token can.Does it have other uses other than upgrading your weapon?

Please help.
